Kirk McConnell-Executive Director of Connection

Kirk is the Executive Director of Connection here at The Grove. He has attended The Grove for eight years and has been on staff since 2006. He has a degree in Education and Psychology and has a passion to see people engage and develop as Christ followers.

As Executive Director of Connection he provides a direct link to each ministry area through servant opportunities. He also provides oversight to mission trip planning and implementation. He and his wife Stephanie reside in Madison County with their son Will. Some hobbies he enjoys are hunting, playing golf and spending time with his family.
