I am thankful that my parents raise me in church and lived like they believed every word in the Bible. I trusted Jesus as my Savior at the age of six. It wasn't until I was older did I make Him the Lord of my life. With Jesus being the Lord of my life, studying His Word in Bible Study, applying the principle s that He teaches and praying to Him throughout each day, He has changed my life!
 

The Lord has blessed me with the ministry of caring for children and I believe we must begin in the crib in t he way they should go. They need to know the truth of how much our Father loves and cares for them, which we reflect and teach in all of our classes. Our schedule is filled with fun as they learn Biblical truths and principles in everything we do.  

 
The Lord has also blessed me with the ministry of caring for ladies who want to grow in the Word. We have weekly in-depth Bible study classes Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings from September through May. The Word is Truth and we are changed each week as we study, pray, and discuss our answers that the LORD has given us! What a privilege it is to know and experience God each and every day and grow closer with girlfriends in a godly and edifying manner.
 

My husband, Robert, and I live in Homer and have two daughters, Carly and Carson. Both girls are saved and are godly young ladies who really care about other people. I have been on staff here at the Grove since January 2006. I love what I do and pray He will allow and equip me to remain in my positions for many years. I will serve Him all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Kids Ranch provides a safe and loving environment for children newborn to age three. It is our strong belief that it is never too early to start teaching children about God's love for them. From the crib, we begin in the way we want them to go. It is our desire to share Jesus with each child at every opportunity we have all throughout the service, whether it is by rocking a baby to sleep or by helping toddlers know that Jesus is pleased when we are kind to our friends. It is our honor to help families teach their children about Jesus. We pray they come to know Jesus at an early age as possible. We provide all the children with three learning environments and expect participation appropriate with their age and ability:

  • Exciting Bible Stories, Memory Verses with Sign Language, and Engaging Worship.
  • Activities in a small group including playing together as Jesus would, Flag Time, Bible Time, Rthym Time, and Quiet Time
  • Serving God and others by sharing, following instructions and helping clean up as Jesus would.

We are located in two areas:

  • Newborns and Crawlers are located in the Main Worship Center Nursery
  • Ages 1 through 3 years are located in the Discipleship Building behind the Main Worship Center



Kids Ranch is available on Sundays during the 9:15 & 11:00 services, and on Wednesdays at 7:00.
