I cannot remember a time when I did not believe in Jesus; however, believing is not enough.  In February of 1999, I made the decision to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ where I received Him as my personal Lord and Savior.  John 1:12 tells us,

“Yet to all who did receive him,

to those who believed in his name,

he gave the right to become children of God.”

I married my husband Nolan

in May of 2009.  We welcomed our eldest daughter, Ally, in December of 2010 and our youngest daughter, Emi, in August of 2013.  My family and I started attending The Grove in October 2013.

I am currently a second grade teacher at Banks County Primary, and  I’ve worked with children on a daily basis for approximately thirteen years with ages ranging from infant to fourteen years.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in middle grades education from Brenau University.  In 2015, I believed the Lord called me into children’s ministry where I long to serve boldly and faithfully.
